At Fifty Seven Waterberg we like to make our food within the same concept that nature operates; it is authentic, maintains an easy going pace, with an element of surprise. Not forgetting that as the seasons change, so do we, to evolve, yet maintaining a strong focus on healthy ingredients and quality meals.
This force is driven by Head Chef Monaheng Moloinyane. On this culinary adventure, our guests can experience 3-5 course meals, without skipping the hearty Sunday home-style cooked meal. We keep it unpredictable and exciting. Special dietary requirements can be catered for – please let us know in advance to ensure they are met.
Our delicious meals are served in our dining room, or weather permitting, on the deck overlooking nature or around the boma fire, for the perfect romantic setting under the stars.
